June 2020 update: For the duration of COVID-19’s shelter in place, private or small group sessions can now be held via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom. You’ll still get personal attention to your form and needs while also socially distancing. Both Yin and Vinyasa styles are available.
Note: The online group yoga class sessions (from April and May 2020) have now ended. If you’re missing them and would like to practice in a more anonymous style, get in touch and we’ll work something out.
