Hiya. I’m Janine, your guide to the world of private yoga.
I’ve always loved movement and fitness, but I didn’t come to yoga until after I had a number of injuries. “Just try it,” people told me. When I took my first class, I couldn’t tell whether I liked it or not, so I decided to keep trying until I was sure.
A year later, I was still avidly practicing yoga 3-4 times a week. If I was going to keep doing it, I figured I should learn more about it, so I took my first teacher training. That was when I realized I liked yoga after all. I fell in love with how yoga works for every body type and with how my mind calmed by the end of every session.
I’m always excited to talk about modifications and to use yoga as a complement to your hobbies, your functional movement, and your physical therapy.
My specialties are Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
